DYNAMIC PASS BOX
Pass Box is a closed steel box with a double door used for
transferring the material from nonsterile door to sterile door
inside the clean room. People uses Air showers to pass through into
the clean room where material uses pass boxes to get into the clean
room. Pass through box is clean room equipment designed in two
categories one is a static pass box and the other is a dynamic pass
box. Pass boxes provide a controlled environment to the clean room
from airborne cross-contamination for a better research
environment.

Complete electronic interlock system and EASY LIGHT programmable
timer.
High-efficiency HEPA FILTER H14 fluid seal, easy to remove and
change from below – RSC (room side change)
Stainless steel perforated grille on the support surface, easily
removed for cleaning;
No. 2 UV/C type germicide lamps inserted in the top section of the
Pass-Box;
Centrifugal backward curved radial fan with directly coupled
inverter motor: power supply 230V, 50/60 Hz
LED indicator for checking and managing the cleaning status of the
H14 absolute filter
Blower and Filtration Systems
anlaitech Pass Boxes use centrifugal motor/blowers with external
rotor designs. Selected for energy efficiency, compact design, and
flat profile, the completely integrated blower assembly optimizes
motor cooling, with unified rotating parts and overall component
balance for smooth, quiet, vibration-free operation. Weight is
equally distributed to all bearings to extend bearing life.

H13 performance (EU).
A disposable pre-filter with 85% arrestance extends the life of the
main filter.

for every possible demand. The germicidal treatment provided inside
the Pass-Box and Pass-Trolley is generated by direct irradiation
(programmable) with UV-C lamps, ensuring sterility on the surfaces
reached and the surrounding air, in turn, previously filtered
through absolute H14 filters. An important advantage of this
physical disinfection procedure is that bacteria, viruses, spores,
moulds and mites are all sensitive to UV-C radiation, and
consequently the microbial load on treated products is eliminated.
